Marketplace terms

Terms of service

The commercial and operating rules for guests, property partners and event customers.

Commissioning notice: the contracting legal entity, effective date, governing-law forum and any consumer-specific schedule must be approved before public commercial launch. These owner-review terms do not invent an unsigned company identity or waiver.

Marketplace role

24-SEVEN provides discovery, reservation, event and partner technology and may act as booking agent or service coordinator under the applicable order. The property supplies accommodation and on-property services and remains responsible for lawful operation, safety, accessibility, content accuracy and honouring accepted reservations.

Search, requests and confirmation

A search result, quote, hold or assisted request is not a confirmed booking. Dated-inventory reservations become confirmed only after the required payment is verified by the provider and the inventory hold remains valid. Assisted confirmations require recorded hotel-authorised evidence. The confirmation record identifies the property, dates, room/rate, guests, price and applicable policy.

Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are displayed in the stated currency and may include or exclude taxes, levies, service charges, deposits, extras or property fees as clearly disclosed before confirmation. Guests are responsible only for charges presented in the approved booking terms; properties must not introduce undisclosed mandatory fees.

Payments and fraud controls

Guests must use a production-active provider against the exact reservation reference and approved amount. Redirects and screenshots do not prove payment. 24-SEVEN relies on signed provider events and authoritative verification. Suspected fraud, duplicate payment, sanctions concern or material mismatch may pause fulfilment while Finance investigates.

Cancellation, amendment, no-show and refunds

The selected rate plan and confirmation set the cancellation deadline, amendment conditions, no-show treatment and any refundable amount. A refund is not complete until the payment provider records it. If a verified late payment cannot be applied safely, it enters controlled refund review. Statutory consumer rights and mandatory law prevail over conflicting property terms.

Property obligations and guest conduct

Properties must maintain accurate inventory, authorised media, room standards, policies and emergency contacts. Guests must provide accurate information, protect references and access tokens, comply with lawful property rules and avoid abuse, damage, unlawful activity or unauthorised resale.

Marketplace commissions and partner settlement

Property commission, settlement timing, adjustments, chargebacks, withholding and payout evidence are governed by the signed partner agreement. Commission is calculated only after an eligible reservation is confirmed; a public listing does not itself establish a commission rate or payout promise.

Reviews and content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may be moderated for fraud, personal data, threats, unlawful content or irrelevance. Property and editorial content must respect intellectual-property and image rights. Clearly labelled concept listings are fictional previews and cannot be charged.

Service availability and liability

No uptime, response, recovery or service-credit target applies unless included in an executed SLA. Liability, exclusions, caps, indemnities and force-majeure rules must be stated in the applicable signed agreement and cannot exclude rights that law does not permit parties to exclude.

Privacy, complaints and changes

Personal data is handled under the data protection policy. Booking complaints should first be raised through the configured contact channel so the property and marketplace can preserve evidence. Material term changes require controlled approval, a new version/effective date and notice appropriate to the relationship.
